Transcripts

Transcript Requests

Please Read: We are happy to support you in requesting your official high school transcript.

How the Process Works:

  1. Complete the Transcript Request Form
  2. Submit payment if requesting a printed transcript
  3. Please allow three to five business days for your request to be processed
  4. Receive email confirmation once your transcript has been sent

Before You Request a Transcript

If you are applying to a Florida public university, you may not need to request a transcript right away. Many schools use:

  • SSAR (Self-Reported Student Academic Record)
  • SPARK (for UCF)

If you have questions or have not received an update after 2 weeks, please contact: boone_hs@ocps.net

    4. Can transcripts be emailed?
      • To protect student privacy and ensure compliance with federal law (such as FERPA), OCPS enforces a district-wide policy that prohibits emailing transcripts. Transcripts can only be issued as official paper copies (mailed or picked up) or sent electronically via secure networks directly to eligible institutions.
    5. How do I know it was sent?
      • You will receive a confirmation email
    6. What if my college/university says they didn’t receive my transcript?
      • Sometimes this happens – please email me the school at boone_hs@ocps.net. Many schools will ask that Boone email your transcript directly to them. This is unfortunately not allowable under current School Board Policy.
